Company Overview:
Animon Live, a boutique agency, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our client base in the international market for our premium services, including ghostwriting, Local SEO, Website Maintenance, Website Design, and Website Redesign. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the digital services industry and will be responsible for driving sales growth and building long-term client relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the international
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the CEO.
Behavioural & Technical Skills:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (writing and speaking).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and web development services.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge about small businesses and the process of services the agency is offering, including website design, tech stack, WordPress, PHP, and Local SEO jargon.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience in Industry: 3 years
- Minimum Experience in Business Development: 2 years
EDUCATION
Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Technical Education: MBA or equivalent in Marketing or Business Management
Junior SEO Executive
Animon Live is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Executive with around 1 year of hands-on SEO experience.
The candidate will assist in improving website visibility, organic rankings, and traffic through on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, link building, SEO audits, and performance tracking.
Candidates with prior experience in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and keyword mapping.
- Assist with on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Optimize website pages and content based on SEO best practices.
- Execute link-building activities and identify relevant backlink opportunities.
- Monitor backlink profiles and keyword rankings.
- Conduct basic SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with content and development teams for SEO implementation.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and maintain SEO activity records.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
- Use AI-powered SEO tools to support research, content optimization, and day-to-day SEO activities.
- Support the senior SEO team in executing SEO strategies and campaigns.
Requirements & Skills
- Around 1 year of working experience in SEO.
- Good understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.
- Good understanding of keyword research and keyword mapping.
- Basic knowledge of link building, backlink analysis, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress SEO.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good coordination skills with content and development teams.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools is an advantage.
Qualifications
